Our Founder
My name is Vasthi Seide, MSW, RSW
I started Trinity Connects because growing up in a Caribbean household, I was not given the tools and knowledge to take care of my emotional and mental wellbeing. I wanted to create a space where folks of different backgrounds could feel seen and heard with professionals who also have lived experience.

What can I expect during my first therapy session?Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. It's a chance for you to share your goals and for us to establish a plan for how we can work together towards achieving them.

How much does each session cost?Our rates reflect the high standard of care we provide, adherence to regulated healthcare profession standards, and our commitment to making therapy accessible: Individual sessions: $165-$200 per 50-minute session. Couples and family sessions: $180-$360 per 50-minute session. Student sessions: $120 per 50-minute session. Black Youth Sessions: $50-$75 per 50- minute session

How do I book a session, and what's your cancellation policy?You can book a session by contacting our office via phone or email. We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee, as this time is reserved specifically for you.

Do you offer a sliding scale or reduced fees?We believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone. A limited number of reduced-fee slots are available based on financial need. Please discuss this with us if fees are a concern.

What payment methods do you accept, and how can I pay for my sessions?We strive to make the payment process as convenient as possible. We accept various forms of payment, inclduing major credit/debit cards, and online payments through secure platforms. Payment is due at the time of service, and we can provide you with all necessary receipts or documentation for insurance reimbursement or personal records. If you have any specific payment questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our office directly.
